Wanaag Restaurant Somali Grill and Cafe is looking for cooks to prepare and cook a variety of foods.

Ability to speak and understand basic English is a must.

Completion of secondary school is usually required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and cooks complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepares and cooks specialized East African Cuisine
• Schedules and supervises kitchen helpers
• Oversees kitchen operations
• Maintains inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
•  Cleans kitchen and work area
